The Bevel Edge Slitter

The
Bevel Edge Slitter is a high-speed, automatic fed bevel edge slitter.
The precision ground carbide cutters guarantee consistent beveled
inlay strips. The Bevel Edge Slitter is preset to machine
3/8" strips of laminate real woods and decorative metals with
phenolic backing that fit in the groove routed by the Inlay Grooving
Router #202. The Slitter is 10 1/2 " deep by 10" high
and 19 1/2" long. Total weight is 52 pounds. |

The Inlay Grooving Router

The
Inlay Grooving Router features a specially ground carbide bit.
The cutting angle of this bit makes it possible to move the Inlay
Grooving Router away from the edge it is routing without chipping the
laminate edge. The Inlay Grooving Router cuts a 3/8"
groove into the laminate core substrate. This groove
matches the beveled inlay strip from the Bevel Edge Slitter (#201).
This unique design makes it possible to inlay laminate into flat
surfaces and edges on laminated core substrate and many other
materials. The Inlay Grooving Router comes assembled and preset
with the Porte Cable model #7536 2.5 hp router. |

Sanding Miter Fixture

Sanding
Miter Fixture works in unison with the Compound Miter Fixture to
produce compound miters on beveled inlay strips. Left, right, 22
1/2 degrees and 45 degrees and 3 point miters are achieved with swift
accuracy. |

Inside Grooving Router

Inside
Grooving Router continues the 3/8" groove routed by the Inlay
Grooving Router (#202) into inside corners. The Inside Grooving
Router comes assembled and preset with the Porter Cable model #319,
3/4 hp router. |

Inside Squaring Router

Inside
Squaring Router squares inside 90 degree corners. The resulting
square corner aids the fabricator in achieving a nice clean miter,
quickly and easily. The Inside Squaring Router comes assembled
and preset with the Porter Cable model #310, 3/4 h.p. router. |
